You’ll work closely with partners and colleagues across the firm, gaining exposure to a wide range of corporate work rather than being confined to a narrow specialism.
SKILLS REQUIRED
Applications are sought from Corporate Finance Solicitors with a minimum of 3 Years PQE. You will have a strong grounding in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructures, shareholder arrangements and general company law. It is essential that you have exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and work well within a team environment.
