Civil Litigation Solicitor, Essex – NQ-2 years - An established and expanding Essex law firm is looking to recruit a Civil Litigation Solicitor to join its growing dispute resolution team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Solicitor to develop their career within a supportive team handling a varied and high-quality caseload.
JOB TITLE:
Civil Litigation Solicitor
PQE: NQ-2 years PQE
LOCATION: Essex
SALARY: Circa £40k - £50k
THE ROLE
Working closely with the Head of Department, you'll advise a broad range of litigation matters including but not limited to commercial and residential landlord & tenant disputes, professional negligence, TOLATA claims, neighbour disputes, contentious probate and general commercial and civil litigation matters. You’ll have responsibility for managing your own caseload while working closely with experienced colleagues on more complex matters, providing excellent opportunities for continued learning and progression.
THE CANDIDATE:
- Experience in commercial and/or civil litigation
- NQs with a substantial litigation seat will also be considered for this role
- Experience managing or assisting with a varied litigation caseload
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- A proactive and commercial approach to problem solving
- The ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike
