Opportunity for a part-time locum Family Solicitor to provide approximately 12 months of maternity cover starting next year.
ResponsibilitiesThe locum will handle a caseload of private family law matters, including children’s cases, TOLATA disputes, and financial remedy proceedings. They will conduct client consultations, offering clear and practical legal guidance, and will advance cases independently with minimal oversight.
QualificationsApplications are open to qualified solicitors with 8+ years PQE in family law, confident in independently handling both children and financial remedy matters, and experienced or familiar with TOLATA cases.
