The appointed candidate will be predominantly dealing with a range of construction matters, advising a diverse range of clients on high-profile, contentious and non-contentious cases.
- This role is ideal for candidates with strong knowledge of JCT and NEC contracts within the construction or property development sectors, who are eager to contribute to major infrastructure, rail, and green energy projects while gaining valuable hands-on cross project experience.
- You must demonstrate strong technical expertise and commercial awareness, effectively manage a diverse caseload while prioritising client needs, and possess excellent communication skills.
- You should have high-quality construction law experience from a leading national, regional, or City law firm. In-house experience — especially with major contractors, consultants, or public sector organisations — is also highly desirable.
