This firm is looking for an Employment Partner to head up their team in the Birmingham office. This firm is fun and going places. Employment Partner.

You will be used to staying calm under pressure and your colleagues will always be on hand to support you. As well as advising on all aspects of employment law, the team also offer a wide range of value added services; of particular note is their impressive training offering. You will provide advice to a wide range of both private and public sector clients on all aspects of employment law, including, strategic employment law, major HR projects (i.e. outsourcing and restructuring), employment law compliance, executive severance, trade union and collective issues and employment contracts and policies.
The team also advise on the full range of employment tribunal and High Court litigation, including team moves and enforcing restrictive covenants. As the appointed Partner, you will have strong academics and a good grounding in both contentious and non-contentious employment law. A real go-getter with a business/commercial mind, who can work well under pressure. If you are keen to engage with clients and work together to solve their business issues, this role is for you! In an ideal world you will be able to present an excellent business acumen, a loyal portfolio of clients and the ability to provide practical and sound legal advice to your clients.
