As a newly qualified Commercial Property Solicitor, you will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of cases, including acquisitions, disposals, lease agreements, and property finance matters. You will collaborate with experienced professionals, allowing you to enhance your skills and knowledge in a supportive and dynamic environment. You will be based in one of the firm\’s regional offices in Birmingham and will have the opportunity to have a great work-life balance, a wide and varied caseload, and the opportunity to work with a genuinely lovely group of people.
Key responsibilities:
- Assisting senior solicitors in managing commercial property transactions
- Conducting legal research and providing relevant advice to clients
- Drafting legal documents, contracts, and agreements
- Participating in negotiations and settlement discussions
- Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Staying up-to-date with changes in legislation and industry trends
To excel in this role, you will need:
- Recently qualified as a Solicitor with a focus on Commercial Property Law
