• Applications are sought from Commercial Property Solicitors with a minimum of 6 Years PQE within a range of commercial property matters.
• You will be responsible for handling a variety of commercial property matters to include the acquisition and disposal of both leasehold and freehold property and development related matters.
• You will build strong relationships with the firm’s existing client base, play a key role in helping expand the firms’ professional network and to promote and market the team.
• It is essential that you have exceptional inter-personal and communication skills and have the ability to work effectively with other teams within the firm.
• You will be a self-starter who is able to demonstrate high levels of initiative and motivations coupled with the ability to manage assigned tasks in an assertive, efficient and timely manner.
• You will also have the ability to develop and maintain good client relationships offering the highest standards of professionalism at all times.
