JOB TITLE: Commercial Property Lawyer
PQE: NQ-3 years
LOCATION: Northamptonshire
SALARY: £DOE


THE ROLE:

As the appointed Commercial Property Solicitor you will be dealing with your own caseload of commercial property matters and receive the necessary support and training from knowledgeable and well thought of lawyers within the sector. The real estate caseload is varied and covers a range of issues including leases, freehold property, development land, agricultural property and acting for a diverse range of clients.


THE CANDIDATE:

You will have up to 3 years PQE and be looking for an exciting and challenging role in a supportive and dynamic environment. You will have gained relevant experience within a firm renowned for their commercial property offerings. Newly Qualified Solicitors will have completed at least one seat within commercial property and be looking for a role which offers plenty of exposure to commercial property work along with direct contact with clients.
