A Commercial and Civil Litigation Solicitor is sought for a full time, permanent post in Staffordshire, with a salary between £55,000 and £65,000 dependent on experience. The successful candidate, ideally one to five years qualified, will manage a varied caseload of business and individual disputes, offering clear, commercially focused guidance throughout resolution. Working alongside seasoned colleagues, the solicitor takes ownership of files covering contract claims, property disagreements and other contentious matters. Strong advocacy, negotiation and client care abilities are essential, together with sound drafting skills and a methodical approach to case management. SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Applications are sought from Litigation Solicitors or Legal Executive with between 1–5 years' PQE.
• Experience handling a varied commercial and/or civil litigation caseload.
• Strong analytical, legal research and drafting skills.
• A commercially aware approach, with a genuine commitment to excellent client service.
• The ability to build and maintain effective client relationships.
• Excellent organisation and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• A proactive, adaptable and team-focused approach.
