THE ROLE:
- This is an opportunity to build on an established practice, work with a diverse client base and play a key role in shaping the future of a growing department.
- You will handle a varied and challenging caseload, advising clients on complex disputes and helping them achieve practical, commercially sound outcomes.
- Alongside your own fee-earning work, you will contribute to the development of the team, support junior colleagues and work closely with the Head of Department on future growth plans.
- Managing a varied portfolio of civil and commercial disputes, including complex and high-value matters.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Applications are sought from Civil Litigation Solicitors with a minimum of 8 Years PQE looking for that next step in their career.
- You will be a confident and experienced litigator with the technical ability, commercial judgement and ambition to make a significant contribution at senior level.
- Extensive experience handling civil litigation and dispute resolution matters.
- The ability to manage complex cases effectively while balancing client objectives and commercial considerations.
- Strong relationship-building skills and a proactive approach to networking and business development.
- Experience supporting or supervising colleagues, with the leadership qualities to help a team succeed.
