THE ROLE:
- You will have the opportunity to work on a varied range of family matters, develop strong client relationships and build your expertise alongside experienced colleagues.
- Advise individuals on a range of family law matters, providing clear, sensitive and practical guidance during what can often be challenging periods in their lives.
- Managing your own caseload in line with your level of experience, with support and supervision available.
- Building positive client relationships through clear communication, empathy and a professional approach.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver a high standard of legal advice and client service.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Applications are sought from solicitors who is enthusiastic about family law and committed to developing their technical ability and professional reputation.
- A sound understanding of family law principles, with the ability to apply them effectively to client matters.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to deal sensitively with clients.
- Excellent organisation, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team while developing your own independence.
