Responsibilities:
- Manage an independent caseload of civil and commercial litigation matters.
- Advise clients across a wide range of disputes, including landlord and tenant disputes, employment, contentious probate and commercial disputes.
- Help develop and shape the litigation department.
- Show initiative, drive and ambition to further advance the team.
Qualifications:
- Experienced Solicitor with NQ+ status (or equivalent).
- Strong track record in civil and commercial litigation.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage own caseload.
