THE FIRM A well-established and highly regarded law firm is seeking an ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor to join its growing property team in Cardiff. With a strong regional presence and an impressive portfolio of commercial clients, this is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor looking to develop their career within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.
THE ROLE Working as part of a busy and successful commercial property team, you will advise a diverse client base including developers, investors, landlords, tenants and corporate occupiers on a broad range of real estate matters.
Your caseload will include: • Acquisitions and disposals of commercial property • Landlord and tenant matters • Commercial leases and lease renewals • Property development and site acquisitions • Real estate aspects of corporate transactions • Secured lending and property finance matters
THE CANDIDATE Applications are welcomed from Commercial Property Solicitors with a minimum of 2 years' PQE gained within a recognised commercial property practice. You will possess strong technical skills, excellent client care abilities and a proactive approach to business development.
You will be: • Qualified as a Solicitor in England & Wales • Experienced in handling a varied commercial property caseload • Commercially aware and client-focused • Able to work both independently and as part of a team • Keen to contribute to the continued growth of the department
