We are looking for a talented Senior Associate to join a market-leading Commercial Contracts team in Bristol.
The Role
You will be responsible for a varied commercial contracts caseload across sectors including Retail, Food & Drink, Sport, Leisure and Logistics. Your caseload will include supply arrangements, commercial joint ventures, collaboration and partnering arrangements, terms and conditions of sale and purchase, distribution and agency agreements, logistics and warehousing and services agreements. You will play a key role in strengthening client relationships, mentoring junior lawyers and contributing to business development initiatives within a highly regarded national team.
Skills Required
Applications are sought from Commercial Contracts Solicitors with a minimum of 7 Years PQE looking for a new challenge in their career. Strong experience advising on a broad range of commercial agreements. Confidence managing complex matters, drafting and negotiating contracts, and advising senior stakeholders.
