This is a senior strategic appointment for an experienced solicitor with a strong Commercial Property background and a specialist focus on Residential Development.
The Role
- You will be responsible for leading, developing, and expanding a busy and ambitious Residential Development team.
- Manage a varied portfolio of Residential Development matters, including options, conditional contracts, promotion agreements, site acquisitions and disposals, leases, mortgages, and mixed tenure schemes across registered, unregistered, leasehold, and freehold property.
- Mentor and support more junior members of the team.
Skills Required
- Applications are sought from Residential Development Solicitors with a minimum of 8 Years PQE looking for that next step in their career.
- A proven track record advising on complex realâestate and development projects.
- Experience operating in a fastâpaced environment, with excellent technical knowledge and leadership capability.
