Working closely with colleagues in the Corporate, Banking, Real Estate and Employment teams on multidisciplinary matters. Supporting clients on employee incentives, share schemes, VAT and stamp taxes, as well as wider corporate tax issues. Building strong client relationships and playing an active role in business development initiatives.
Applications are welcomed from Corporate Tax Solicitors with at least 2 years PQE gained at a recognised regional, national or international firm. Strong technical knowledge of corporate tax with experience of advising on transactional matters. Commercially aware with excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
