About the Candidate

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years' PQE as a qualified Solicitor or hold an equivalent legal qualification. An extremely strong background in corporate law and the corporate sector is essential, along with proven experience in one or more of the following areas: private equity, mergers and acquisitions, IPOs and corporate restructuring. You should be proactive, with a strong enthusiasm for innovation, technology, and shaping the future of legal service delivery.
