THE ROLE:
- You will work across a wide spectrum of high-value and strategically important commercial matters.
- Advising on complex commercial contracts and outsourcing agreements.
- Drafting and negotiating supply, purchasing, agency and distribution arrangements.
- Supporting on IT agreements and intellectual property licensing.
- Advising on data protection matters across multiple sectors.
- You will take ownership of client relationships and drive business development activities.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- A qualified solicitor with 8+ years’ PQE.
- Experienced in commercial, IP, and IT matters, ideally from a City or large regional firm.
- Client-focused, commercially savvy, and pragmatic in approach.
- Confident managing a diverse workload and leading key client relationships.
- Enthusiastic about business development and leadership opportunities.
- You’ll have a passion for understanding how businesses work and an ability to provide insightful, practical advice that genuinely helps clients achieve their goals.
