A leading UK organisation in the travel and leisure infrastructure sector is seeking a Commercial Property Lawyer to support a broad range of real estate matters across its national estate. This is a hands‐on in‐house role involving lease work, land rights, estate management and general commercial property transactions.
- Handling commercial leases, wayleaves, land rights agreements and related contracts.
- Advising on title, access, planning and regulatory issues affecting property matters.
- Working closely with landlords, commercial partners, statutory bodies and internal teams.
- Ensuring compliance and supporting efficient delivery of property projects.
CANDIDATE:
- Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years PQE.
- Experience in commercial property.
- Understanding of planning, land rights and related regulatory frameworks.
- Confident drafter and negotiator with strong stakeholder skills.
- Commercially minded and able to work independently.
