The Role You will manage your own caseload while supporting senior members of the team on more complex matters, working across a broad range of both private and public family law matters. The successful candidate will advise clients on a wide variety of family law issues, including: β’ Divorce and separation β’ Financial remedy matters β’ Private children proceedings β’ Cohabitation and relationship disputes β’ Domestic abuse and injunction applications β’ Care proceedings β’ Public law children matters β’ Child protection issues β’ Special guardianship and adoption matters
Candidate Requirements Applications are welcomed from Solicitors with at least 2 years of experience in family law. The successful candidate should also have: β’ Experience handling both private and public family law matters β’ Strong client care and relationship-building skills β’ Ability to manage a varied caseload with minimal supervision β’ Excellent communication and organisational skills β’ A proactive and team-oriented approach
