SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Applications are sought from Private Client Solicitors with a minimum of 7 Years PQE.
- Strong technical knowledge and a track record of advising on Private Client matters.
- Excellent client relationship and communication skills, with a commitment to delivering a first-class service.
- A proactive approach to business development, with evidence of turning relationships and opportunities into new work.
- The ability to lead, motivate and develop a team while maintaining high professional standards.
- A sound understanding of the Private Client market and the commercial factors that contribute to a successful practice.
- An existing client following and a clear business plan would be advantageous, but they are not essential.
