Opportunity for a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or experienced Fee Earner with 3+ years' experience in residential conveyancing.
Role includes handling a varied caseload involving sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and Help to Buy transactions. Experience in commercial property transactions is desirable but not essential. Previous experience of leading a team is advantageous.
Must be confident using Outlook, Word and legal Practice Management systems. Candidates should be organised, with excellent client service and communication skills.
