An expanding private family law practice with a strong reputation in children and financial matters is offering Senior Solicitors the opportunity to lead and develop new offices with full support.

An established and growing law firm is seeking an experienced Family Solicitor to play a key role in the development of a new regional office. The successful candidate will handle a broad and high-quality private family caseload including children and financial remedy matters, together with TOLATA work up to the pre-action stage, after which matters may be referred internally to specialist colleagues. This is a senior opportunity offering genuine autonomy and progression, ideal for a Solicitor looking to take the next step into a leadership-focused role with the backing of a well-resourced and recognised legal brand. Full operational, compliance and marketing support will be provided, allowing the successful candidate to focus on client care, practice growth and team development.

The firm is keen to speak with ambitious and commercially minded Family Solicitors with at least 8 years' PQE in family law. Candidates should have strong experience managing complex private family matters independently with exposure to both children and financial remedy work, alongside a working knowledge of TOLATA. The successful candidate will be confident running a varied caseload with minimal supervision and will be able to demonstrate a strong billing track record together with a proactive approach to business development. A genuine desire to grow a practice and build a local team is essential. Excellent client care, communication and advocacy skills are required, as well as the leadership potential and long-term mindset needed to progress within a growing firm. This opportunity would suit a Senior Family Solicitor seeking greater autonomy, clear progression and the chance to establish and lead a new office with full operational support in place.

An established specialist private family law firm with a strong reputation in children and financial matters is continuing its national growth and is seeking high calibre solicitors to lead and develop new regional offices. The firm offers a genuine platform to build and grow your own office and team, supported by a recognised and well-regarded brand. You will receive full administrative, compliance and operational support allowing you to focus on client work and strategic growth. The package includes flexible working arrangements and clear opportunities for long-term career progression within a growing national practice.
