THE ROLE:
  • You will manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to post-completion.

  • Handling all aspects of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
  • Managing remortgages, transfers of equity, and new build transactions.
  • Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal procedures.

SKILLS REQUIRED:
  • Applications are sought from Solicitors, Legal Executives or Licenced Conveyancers with 2+ Years PQE in residential conveyancing.
