The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

You will handle a caseload of residential conveyancing matters. The caseload will consist of freehold sales and purchase, leasehold sales and purchase, shared ownership, right to buy, remortgage, transfers of equity, newbuilds, and help to buy shared equity. You will advise, support, and represent clients while consistently upholding the highest standards of client care.

The firm is looking for solicitors with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in residential conveyancing. Extensive knowledge in the conveyancing process is essential. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required. You will offer exceptional levels of client care.
