Opportunity: Regulatory Partner at a Leading Birmingham Law Firm

We are working with a national law firm seeking a Regulatory Partner to join their Birmingham team. This role offers a salary that attracts motivated individuals eager to build a department from scratch and develop a highly profitable practice. You will have the opportunity to craft your business plan with complete autonomy to execute it.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage a diverse caseload involving health and safety regulations, environmental issues, and data protection.
2. Advise clients on licensing, product liability, inquests, and other regulatory matters.
3. Develop and implement business strategies to grow the department.
4. Leverage your network to attract new clients and instructing opportunities.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

1. Experience in licensing, health and safety, environmental, and trade matters.
2. Proven track record of winning work and business development within the Midlands market.
3. Strong network of contacts in relevant sectors.
4. Driven, focused, and capable of managing responsibilities as a partner.
