A leading UK regulator is seeking multiple Regulatory Paralegals to join its Fitness to Practise function on an initial six‑month contract basis, with the possibility of the roles becoming permanent.
THE ROLE
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience in investigations, case management, or legal/regulatory work to build expertise in a public‑protection setting. You will manage a varied caseload involving concerns about professional conduct, assessing risk, gathering evidence, and progressing cases for panel consideration in line with statutory requirements.
THE CANDIDATE
The organisation is looking for candidates with at least 18 months’ experience in investigations, regulatory work, or litigation case handling. The ideal applicant will have strong analytical skills and the ability to make sound, evidence‑based decisions, along with a proven track record of independently managing a high volume caseload. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK and will be required to undergo DBS and other pre‑employment screening checks.
