Responsibilities
- The appointed lawyer will assess incoming information and complaints, make evidence-based decisions, and manage cases of varying complexity through to resolution within agreed timescales.
- This role follows a hybrid model, with a minimum of 4 days per month in the office.
- You will draft clear correspondence explaining decisions while supporting the team in managing general enquiries.
