THE ROLE:
- You will be responsible for a varied property litigation caseload to include Landlord and Tenant matters, boundary and general property disputes, TOLATA claims and professional Negligence claims.
- Supporting the Commercial Litigation team where required with general dispute resolution work.
- You will also supervise more junior members of the team.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Applications are sought from Property Litigation Solicitors with between 2-5 Years PQE.
- Proven experience managing a broad property litigation caseload.
- Strong advocacy skills, with the confidence to represent clients when required.
- The ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage competing priorities.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Enthusiasm for business development and building on the firm’s outstanding reputation.
