A specialist London boutique law firm focusing on defending claims against legal, financial, and other regulated professionals is seeking to appoint a Salaried Partner to join its senior leadership team. The Role

  • Leading and managing a portfolio of complex professional indemnity and regulatory matters
  • Acting for financial and legal professionals in high-value disputes and investigations
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Contributing to the firm’s strategic direction and growth
  • Supporting and mentoring senior lawyers within the team
  • Playing an active role in business development and profile building

Candidate Requirements

  • Must already be a Partner at a law firm
  • Qualified solicitor with strong experience in professional indemnity and/or regulatory defence work
  • Established track record of handling complex, high-value matters independently
  • Strong client following or demonstrable ability to generate work (desirable)
  • Leadership experience within a litigation or regulatory practice
  • Commercially minded with a strong reputation in the market
