A well regarded claimant firm is seeking to recruit a Personal Injury Solicitor to join its growing litigation team.
Role: You will manage your own caseload of claimant litigated fast track personal injury matters from inception through to resolution. The caseload will mainly consist of EL/PL and OL claims, with a smaller proportion of RTA files. Files are well vetted and established, enabling you to focus on progressing claims efficiently and achieving strong outcomes for clients. While you will have full conduct of your matters, you will operate within a collaborative team environment, with dedicated support to assist with the smooth progression of cases. You will also benefit from regular guidance and mentoring from multiple Grade A Solicitors, making this an ideal setting for continued professional development.
Candidate: You are a qualified Solicitor with between 1 and 5 years’ PQE and a strong background in claimant personal injury litigation, with proven experience handling EL, PL and OL matters. Some exposure to RTA claims is advantageous. You will be confident managing your own litigated caseload with minimal supervision, demonstrating excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and a proactive, client‑focused approach. You will thrive in a collaborative team environment and be motivated to continue developing your technical expertise, making full use of the mentoring and support on offer.
