You will join a busy and well established employment team advising a broad client base on a full range of employment law matters. The work will include handling tribunal claims, providing day‑to‑day HR and advisory support and assisting on more complex issues such as restructures, TUPE and senior exits. You will have the opportunity to take on early responsibility, work closely with experienced partners and contribute to business development initiatives, all within a supportive and collaborative environment.
You will be a qualified Employment Solicitor with between 1–5 years’ PQE, with experience gained in a well regarded employment team. You will have a solid grounding in both contentious and non-contentious matters, strong technical knowledge and the confidence to manage your own caseload with appropriate supervision. A commercial outlook, excellent drafting skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships are key, alongside a proactive and team‑oriented approach.
