The newly appointed Commercial Property Solicitor will be responsible for a diverse caseload of property transactions including acquisitions and disposals, leasehold matters and development projects.
The position requires expertise in handling landlord and tenant issues, property finance matters and commercial licences. Exceptional client service and the ability to develop strong client relationships are greatly valued.
Applicants should have at least 3 years’ PQE in commercial property law and must have a proven track record in landlord & tenant and property finance matters.
You will be able to demonstrate commercial acumen and a focus on providing high level client service.
You will have exceptional communication and client handling skills, with the ability to deal with clients from a wide range of business sectors.
Senior Solicitors with their own network of contacts are also of interest to the team and will be in a position to discuss a clear path to, if not immediate, partnership.
