Exciting opportunity for an experienced Commercial Lawyer to join a well-established firm's technology and digital business team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Drafting and negotiating a broad range of commercial contracts, with a particular emphasis on technology-related agreements.
  • This includes outsourcing, procurement, IT cloud arrangements, data centres, logistics, manufacturing, agency, distribution, and franchising.
  • Leading client matters and building strong relationships while collaborating with firm-wide teams.
  • Supporting the business and assisting Senior Lawyers in supervising junior staff.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in commercial law.
  • Experience in sectors like technology, healthcare, leisure, life sciences, construction, or the public sector is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with in-house or consumer contracts and public procurement is advantageous.
