Responsibilities: An established law firm is seeking a Residential Property Solicitor with at least 4 years' experience to bolster its property team, offering support to the Head of Department and assisting with the growth of the practice. You will be responsible for a varied caseload of residential property matters, including freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, and extensions, as well as shared ownership, remortgages, repossessions, landlord and tenant issues, equity release, rights of way, and easements. Attention to detail, excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team are essential.
