A respected and long-standing Dorset law firm is looking to appoint a Senior Litigation Solicitor to join its dispute resolution team as part of a clear succession plan. The Opportunity
This role offers far more than day-to-day fee earning. You’ll take ownership of a broad and high-quality litigation caseload, while playing an integral role in the continued development of the team. Working closely with senior management, you’ll have real influence over how the department evolves, with a defined pathway to Head of Department.
What you’ll be doing
- Managing a varied general litigation and dispute resolution caseload
- Handling matters with autonomy, applying sound commercial judgement

- 7+ PQE in general litigation or dispute resolution
- Technically strong, commercially minded, and pragmatic
