Property Litigation Solicitor, 2-5 Years PQE, Birmingham, £50,000+ (DOE) – This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a well-established, forward-thinking firm with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality legal services.

THE ROLE:

  • You will be responsible for a varied property litigation caseload to include Landlord and Tenant matters, boundary and general property disputes, TOLATA claims and professional Negligence claims.
  • Supporting the Commercial Litigation team where required with general dispute resolution work.
  • You will also supervise more junior members of the team.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Applications are sought from Property Litigation Solicitors with between 2-5 Years PQE.
  • Proven experience managing a broad property litigation caseload.
  • Strong advocacy skills, with the confidence to represent clients when required.
  • The ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage competing priorities.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Enthusiasm for business development and building on the firm’s outstanding reputation.
