- This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with experience in employment law to work on complex cases, providing strategic advice to a diverse client base
- Applications are sought from Employment Solicitors with at least 2 years of experience in advising both employers and employees.
- Advising clients on all aspects of employment law, including contracts, policies, disciplinary and grievance matters, TUPE, redundancy, and termination issues.
- Representing clients in employment tribunal proceedings and negotiation meetings.
- Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, settlement agreements, and internal policies.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships and contributing to business development initiatives.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and drafting skills required
- Ambition to develop further within a Tier 1 employment practice.
