THE ROLE:
- You will become part of an established claimant clinical negligence team, managing a diverse caseload of claims from initial instruction through to resolution, including matters progressing to trial.
- The team handles a broad range of complex and high-value clinical negligence cases, providing an excellent opportunity to develop your technical expertise and gain exposure to challenging litigation.

SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Applications are sought from Newly Qualified Solicitors through to experienced Clinical Negligence Lawyers who are looking for their next career move.
- Experience handling claimant clinical negligence matters.
- The ability to manage your own caseload and progress claims through the litigation process.
- Excellent client care, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
