An expanding private family law practice with a strong reputation in children and financial matters is offering Senior Solicitors the opportunity to lead and develop new offices with full support.

The role involves handling a broad and high-quality private family caseload including children and financial remedy matters, together with TOLATA work up to the pre-action stage. This is a senior opportunity offering genuine autonomy and progression, ideal for a Solicitor looking to take the next step into a leadership-focused role.

The firm is keen to speak with ambitious and commercially minded Family Solicitors with at least 8 years’ PQE in family law. Candidates should have strong experience managing complex private family matters independently, alongside a working knowledge of TOLATA. Excellent client care, communication and advocacy skills are required, as well as the leadership potential and long-term mindset needed to progress within a growing firm.

This opportunity would suit a Senior Family Solicitor seeking greater autonomy, clear progression and the chance to establish and lead a new office with full operational support in place.
