THE ROLE:
- Lead and manage a varied caseload of commercial disputes, including contract, shareholder, partnership, professional negligence, fraud, and regulatory matters.
- Advise clients from a range of sectors, providing strategic, commercially driven advice throughout the litigation lifecycle.
- Represent clients in litigation, arbitration, and mediation, managing cases from pre-action through to enforcement.
- Draft pleadings, witness statements, and settlement agreements.
- Supervise and mentor junior lawyers and contribute to the professional development of the team.
- Engage in business development and thought leadership activities, expanding your network and helping to grow the practice.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- 6+ years’ PQE in commercial litigation at a top UK law firm.
