The Role:

  • You will provide employment law advice to a wide range of clients across the public and private sectors, working on varied and often complex matters.
  • You will be responsible for a varied employment caseload of contentious and non-contentious matters.
  • Assisting with the supervision and management of more junior members of the team.
  • Supporting business development initiatives, including training and networking activities.

Skills Required:

  • Applications are sought from Employment Solicitors with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE.
  • You will be able to demonstrate a solid track record in supporting employer clients in a wide range of advisory and litigated cases.
  • Any experience of employment tribunal advocacy would be an advantage.
  • You will have exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and work well within a team environment.
  • Strong time management and organisational skills.
  • A flexible and proactive approach to work.
