- Alongside your legal work, you’ll be encouraged to develop client relationships, contribute to business development initiatives and play an active part in growing the practice.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Applications are sought from Corporate Solicitors with between 3-6 Years PQE gained within a regional or national corporate team.
- Experience supporting mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital transactions.
- Strong drafting skills and a sound technical understanding of corporate law.
- Commercial awareness and a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with clients and colleagues.
- A proactive, positive attitude and a genuine interest in business development.
