A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Solicitor to progress into a Partner position within a leading firm.
THE ROLE: The appointed Solicitor will play a key role within the firm’s highly regarded corporate & commercial team, advising a diverse client base. The role encompasses the full spectrum of corporate law matters including share and asset sales and purchases, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructures, shareholder and investment agreements and secured lending arrangements. You will be involved in a wide range of stimulating and high value transactions, with particular exposure to the video games and wider technology sectors. The caseload is varied and dynamic, ranging from smaller, fast paced matters through to complex transactions exceeding £100 million in value. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with clients, lead matters with a high degree of autonomy and collaborate with colleagues across the wider firm on strategic and innovative projects.
THE CANDIDATE: Applications are welcomed from experienced Corporate Solicitors or Partners with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE who are looking to join a well-established and ambitious team. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong technical expertise across corporate matters, coupled with sound commercial awareness and the confidence to manage transactions independently. The ideal candidate will also bring proven business development skills, with the ability to build, grow and maintain long term client relationships. A track record of generating new business opportunities, contributing to team growth and actively engaging in networking and client facing activities will be highly valued. Strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset and a proactive approach to client service are essential.
