THE ROLE:This leading UK Law firm is seeking a solicitor to cover a broad range of work and contribute to the growth of its Corporate team with the opportunity to develop and progress. The successful candidate will play a key role in advising clients on a wide range of corporate matters, including mergers, acquisitions, and disposals of companies and businesses, investor transactions, and cross-border deals.Working closely with partners in a collaborative and supportive environment, you will be involved in drafting and negotiating legal documents, managing your own files and transactions, and providing practical, high-quality advice to clients.
THE CANDIDATE:Applications are welcome from qualified solicitors with NQ to 3+ years\β PQE and a solid background in corporate law, particularly in M&A transactions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, ensuring all work and documentation meet the highest standards. A flexible and proactive approach is essential to meet client deadlines and maintain clear, consistent communication.
