We are looking for a talented Company & Commercial Solicitor to join this friendly and collaborative team. You will be part of a leading firm that’s kept its High Street family feel, with the chance to develop your own thriving desk and build lasting relationships across our strong client base.
This is a full time role with flexibility around office location, attracting 28 days’ holiday, plus public holidays. Generous salaries, productive working environment, inspiring peer group and a caring culture.
You’ll work with a wide range of businesses, advising on areas including business sales, acquisitions and mergers, drafting and reviewing contracts, shareholder agreements, franchises, agency agreements and business start-ups. You’ll be a confident communicator with around 3 – 5 years PQE, commercially minded and detail focused. Able to manage your workload efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of client care.
