Commercial Real Estate (Landlord & Tenant), 2-4 Years PQE, Hampshire, £50,000 – £60,000 (DOE) – This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious solicitor ready to take the next step and work on high-value, high-profile projects within a firm that truly values its people. JOB REF:9785.

THE ROLE:

• Handle a diverse caseload of Landlord and Tenant and Property Finance matters
• Advise on acquisitions and disposals, lease renewals, head office relocations, rent reviews, and refinancing
• Collaborate with the firm’s corporate team on property aspects of business sales, acquisitions, and reorganisations
• Work both independently and as part of a dynamic team of Partners, Legal Directors, and fellow solicitors
• Play an active role in marketing, networking, and business development to grow your client base

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• You will have 2–4 years PQE in Commercial Property law with relevant experience
• Strong technical skills and a commercial approach to solving legal issues
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Proactive, self-sufficient, and enthusiastic about professional development
