Responsibilities:- Managing a claimant multi-track personal injury caseload with full conduct.
- Taking detailed initial instructions and providing advice on liability, causation, and quantum.
- Formulating case strategy, monitoring key deadlines, and proactively managing procedural, evidential, limitation, and costs risks.
- Drafting, reviewing, and finalising core litigation documents.
- Instructing and working closely with medical and non-medical experts.
- Driving cases towards resolution through negotiation and alternative dispute resolution.
- Working within a hybrid model, with 3 days based in the office and 2 days working remotely.
