OVERVIEW:
- Seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor on a fixed-term contract to manage an established caseload covering acquisitions, disposals, real estate finance and development work.
- Handling a broad range of property matters, including freehold/leasehold transactions, reporting on title, certificates of title, and drafting advice notes.
- Providing corporate support on asset/share purchases and sales, including reviewing, amending and negotiating agreements and undertaking related due diligence.
- Advising on development projects and working collaboratively across departments as part of wider project teams.
- Ideally bringing experience with health or social care sector transactions, alongside strong drafting skills, commercial awareness and confidence in direct client contact.
- Building effective relationships with clients and colleagues, demonstrating excellent communication skills, project management capability and a proactive approach.
