This is an excellent opportunity for a recently qualified solicitor to develop exposure to a broad range of corporate work within a supportive and collaborative environment.

THE ROLE:

  • You will be responsible for a varied corporate caseload to include Mergers and acquisitions, Corporate governance and advisory work and general corporate and commercial contracts.
  • You will also support more senior lawyers on complex transactions.
  • Managing client relationships and contributing to the delivery of a high-quality client service.
  • You will work closely with colleagues across the team, gaining hands-on experience and the opportunity to develop your technical and commercial skills.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Applications are sought from Corporate Solicitors with up to 3 Years PQE.
  • You will be a strong team player with excellent client management and communication skills.
  • Technically strong, with excellent drafting ability and sound commercial awareness.
  • You will be proactive, organised and detail-focused, with a positive attitude and willingness to take on new tasks.
